Refund policy

You are charged in full when you reserve, not when your order ships. Berries paid for by 11:59pm Mountain time on October 16, 2026 ship on October 20, 2026. Berries paid for from October 17, 2026 ship within three to five business days. The date that applies to your order is shown before you pay and in your confirmation email. In exchange for charging up front, you can cancel and be refunded at any point before your order ships.

You can cancel any time before your order ships and receive a full refund. No reason needed. Email support@bassberry.io from the address you reserved with, and we refund the full amount, shipping included, to your original payment method.

If we cannot ship by the date shown when you reserved, we will email you with a revised date and the choice to cancel for a full refund. You are never held to a date that has slipped: a delay always comes with the option to cancel and be refunded in full. This is your right under the FTC's Mail Order Rule, and we are stating it plainly rather than leaving it implied.

For 30 days after a berry is delivered, if it arrives damaged or is not as described, email support@bassberry.io and we will replace it or refund it, your choice. A photo helps but is not required.

We ship within the United States only. Shipping is $4.99 per order, charged once no matter how many berries are in it, and free when the berries in an order come to $50 or more after any discount.

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, our payment processor. They usually appear within five to ten business days, depending on your bank.
