When am I charged?
When you reserve. Stripe handles the payment, and your spot in the pre-order is saved the moment it goes through.
Which colorway will I get?
One of the four. The colorway is assigned, not chosen. All four are the same berry with a different color on it, and nothing about a berry depends on which one it is. Three berries may all match, or may not.
Do BassBerries track my live location?
No. A berry has no power source and no radio, so it cannot know where it is or tell anyone. There is no GPS, no coordinates, no map and no background location. A checkpoint is a line of text a person types about where they were, and that is the whole record. You are not carrying a tracker.
What if the pre-order fills up?
Leave your email and you'll hear when the next berries are made. No spot is held without payment.
Do I need an app?
No. Hold the berry to the top of your phone and its page opens in the browser. Nothing to install. If it doesn't open, get in touch and we'll sort it out.
